Hes handled two items for us - a title search (referred by another lawyer for this purpose)...and more recently the purchase of a house in Brookfield. This purchase had some wrinkles in it (not his) and he helped us thru those with relative ease - his great number of closings to his experience is an asset. I do expect to utilize his service in the future, and reccomend him completely.

Mr. Stoddard was hired to assist with the purchase and loan closing of our house; he never showed up at the closing and months later when it was apparent that there was a mistake made at the closing he was very defensive and wouldnt make any effort to resolve the issue.
