I scheduled a trim at the West Mifflin location recently. It was my first time with name TJ. All I asked for was a trim and to have my layers freshed up. I specifically said I need in my hair long enough to be able to fit in a pony tail. He took it upon himself to angle my sides. I'm not sure why he did this and I did not ask for this. My sides are so short now they will not fit into a pony tail. And that's the one thing I specifically asked for and I did mention it a few times. I feel like I have a mullet. I received a bad haircut and decided to go straight across the street and pay 5x more for an even worse haircut here! I gave it a few weeks thinking it needed to grow in, but it's uneven, hacked into, and all around terrible! It looks like Edward scissorhands cut it! Never again

Would not recommend using online reservation to schedule appointment because employees don’t know how to check. Waited 45 min-hour AFTER checking in with front desk for appointment to be told that my stylist didn’t check their book and was sitting there not cutting anyone’s hair while I waited. The “resolution” was a reschedule and 15% off instead of just cutting my hair that I waited an hour to get cut…
