Just sold my elderly father's Suzuki jeep here. Jay and Zach were super helpful and friendly, gave us a very fair price for it and the service was exemplary. Zach was also very kind and respectful with my dad. I highly recommend them!
Excellent experience dealing with this company. I dealt with a guy called Jay after seeing a car I liked, he sent me through all the information on the car as requested and gave a great price on our part ex. The process was very smooth and within a week all documents were signed and a date was arranged to pick up the new car. We took the car for a rest drive, finished the last paperwork and off we went! I purchased a 20 plate Audi A3 Sline from this garage in November last year. The vehicle was sold to me with the incorrect battery fitted which as resulted in telematics module faults with the vehicle. The garage has made no effort to resolve this issue with me stating it is not their problem. Awful after care service from them, my advice would be to stay well clear of them.
Recently had my alloy wheels refurbished, being diamond cut and assured they would be done to high standard. On Collection, they looked bright and refurbished. But on closer inspection, the paint and lacquer work was poor, runs in the lacquer. My problem was that I was charged the same price as these professional wheel specialists, but got nowhere near the same quality. So much for supporting local businesses 😪.
