He should remove vending machines that sell ultra processed foods and drinks and he should make doctors get further nutritional schooling that way he can make a difference in NYC by preventing food related diseases from becoming catastrophic to human wellbeing. Food releated diseases are a result of the junk food majority of people consume (thus it makes people sick and increases wait times in ER all over NYC).
