Dr Miller was a nice, easy going person, aside from talking faster than an auctioneer, until I had a question about why my appointment reports indicated that he was treating me for things we never discussed during my appointments. This was causing my 5-minute long appointments to be billed as high complexity, and if my appointment reports were accurate, they would have been billed as low complexity. Dr. Miller is a great doctor who excellently treats me and my entire family. He is very knowledgeable in the latest practices and meds, and specially effective in neuromuscular matters. Equally important, he is caring and attentive, a very good listener.
This is the best doctor I ever had in my life. Especially if you're an athlete, this is the person to go to in State College.
