I recently backed into a cement structure in my parking garage which required rear-end work: fixing dent on top of the trunk, repainting, replacing the entire bottom bumper section/repainting etc. I was a little apprehensive about taking my car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio Tributo), to what I thought was just another auto body shop, instead of to the dealer for repairs. Let me start by saying I've brought multiple cars to Phillip Maxwell but this time is the first time I actually get the pleasure of them being able to work on one of my cars.(My other cars were beyond totaled) It seems as though the whole staff is super friendly. My car still has A long road ahead of it, but I am confident that I will be satisfied. That's why I leave this review early. The customer service and craftsmanship is 10/10 here. I would not trust my car anywhere else!!
