Very nice doctor, however I discontinued care. I was having health problems. He ran all the standard tests....but when those came back normal, he had no interest in helping me. He basically said...."see you in 6 months for a check up" He didn't work for me.
Saw me on time! And he's nice, listens and appears genuinely concerned. He's willing to work in collaboration with other doctors as well....even those from that foreign metropolis called Atlanta!
First visit to Dr O'Connell went very well. He was very personable and easy to talk to. The staff was very friendly. I recommend to anyone looking for a doctor.
Dr O'Connell treated me with great respect as a person and as a patient. He gave me his full attention and was very empathetic. I highly recommend him as a family physician.
I had several concerns during my initial visit, he addressed them all in a timely manner and reassured me it wasn't my fault. I never said I felt that way, but him being so focused on your concerns, and body language was able to tell - which makes him a beyond amazing doctor! I was never uncomfortable or nervous, he's very confident and has a calm, smoothing aura about him!
Wonderful visit from check-in to check-out. Staff was friendly & professional. Doctor O'Connell was charismatic, engaged, caring and took time to ask me questions and actively listen to everything I had to say. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
