The worst doctor I ever met ... Told him I need my cortisol tested as I was diagnosed with NES (night eating syndrome) He never heard of it & refused to look it up. I told h9m it was founded by a doctor from Pearlman school at UofP - he told Me to fly back to Philly ! ... I paid Thorne labs out of pocket - cortisol HIGH at night, melatonin low at night ... Finally found a PA that is testing me for that & did an ultrasound on my tyroid where 2 nodules found!
I have found Dr Levy to be very intelligent. It always helps to bring your records when you have something different that has been diagnosed by someone else. I don't know why people don;t get that. Wait times on the phone are occasionally too long, but that is not a medical problem it is a management issue.
Thorough and takes his time. Such a rarity these days.
Tried to make a new patient appointment. Was on hold for 10 mins. When someone finally answered she was very rude and asked me a few questions like date of birth then said she would transfer me to scheduling. After about 8 mins she got back on the phone and said the schedulers were busy and would have to call me back. They never called back this was on Monday .....so I can't rate the doctor.
