We decided to use Philip Manley for the first time in 2016. We were both disappointed. He was rude, acting like we are in his way, had a horrible attitude, and he came off like "why are you here!" Here's our background: newly married, moved 3 times in 1 year, had a child and I started new job, have a house. So, to say the least it is not an easy return. He is rude, dismissive, and not a helpful man. Do not use him
