Phil did a fantastic job as our Realtor. He was very knowledgeable and ALWAYS represented our interest. Responsive 24/7 and managed every detail through closing. Phil even went out of his way after closing to make a special trip to the house to ensure items delivered to the house were secured in the house till we could get there from out of state. The customer service was above and beyond. I couldn't recommend Phil enough to be your Realtor and representative!
