At 5:30 a.m. today I received a notice on my phone from Dr Kylie I don't know why because NCH has gotten rid of me for whatever the reason however I received a call from Dr Kylie to see if I was coming in for my appointment with him, I can't come in you NCH will not allow me what is this some kind of joke? I took a picture of it on my phone in reference to Dr Kylie and an appointment with him
Dr kiley is the best he explains everything. He doesn't rush. However when you call to set up mri, etc., they are the worst. Extremely rude. Put you on hold for extreme amounts of time. They are so rude. I waited 35 minutes to set up an mri. The first girl I hung up on because she was so rude. Later in the day she called back to set up a mammogram and I said I spoke with you earlier today, she laughed and said oh yes you did, oh no it was another girl. She lied. She was awful.
