The staff is extremely friendly knowledgeable and excellent customer service
This practice is very deceptive with billing. You go in for treatment not being told the total cost for treatment and are met with a most unusual bill due on the spot after treatment. Staff has 90% turnover since November 2024 and new staff is uninformed, untrained and unfriendly. This is by far the worst medical practice my wife and I have experienced in our 72 years of life. Dr. Talley is a good practitioner but his office staff except for hygienist Janice is the worst. Approach this practice at your own risk!
I have been using Dr Zhao for years and I have received great service from him. Last month, I was about to leave for London the following morning and one of my teeth was giving me trouble. I ended up getting a prescription from him in late evening got my medicine in the 24-hour CVS. It saved my trip. He took care of the problem after I returned from London. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.
