Dr Schrumpf belittled me, told me that I am not normal (for going barefoot), and told me I frightened him. I did nothing threatening, and in fact felt threatened by him. Now I have read other reviews and this is not abnormal for him. I went & bought shoes he suggested and was told by the shoe salesperson that he treated everyone that way. Now a year later I have more serious foot problems and am leery about going to any doctor because my feet are so "bad".

Dr. Schrumpf was very polite and did a great job removing a ganglion cyst from my toe and I was able to run a marathon 5 days later with no pain. I also bought the shoes he suggested and my Mortons Neuroma has improved. :)

I saw Dr Schrumph for plantar fasciitis. After three visits, I had experienced enough of his distainful, sarcastic bedside manner. At my last appointment, he cruelly and unexpectedly reached over to my foot and squeezed the painful area. I screamed so loudly that it was heard by my husband in the waiting room. My foot never did improve. I then went to another podiatrist at Western Montana Foot and Ankle who treated me sucessfully and professionally. I do NOT recommend Schrumph.

I wasn't going to give any stars but had to in order to post a review. Negative stars were not an option. Schrumpf was the rudest Dr. I've ever had the misfortune of finding on the internet and making an appointment with. I walked out of his exam room because I couldn't take more of his inconsiderate remarks.
