My appointment with this doctor was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, felt like a complete waste of both time and money. Throughout the visit, there was very little bedside manner, and my questions and concerns were largely dismissed rather than addressed. Dr. Cheng really listened to my issues. He provided me with several options for treatment and eventually landed on surgery after trying the less invasive treatment. Overall I would recommend Dr Cheng to anyone.
I have been a patient at this location for over six months, and during that time I have never met with the physician. My initial visit was with a nurse, at which point I was prescribed medication. Since then, I have been unable to schedule a follow-up appointment, despite multiple attempts. Scheduling appointments or communicating with the physician has proven to be extremely difficult. Dr. Cheng is without a doubt one of the most professional medical practitioners I have ever had the experience of speaking with. He was delicate and extremely helpful in his consultation and follow ups. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a urologist in the Morris County area!
