Phil is the best. He is a great surgeon, who has repeatedly sewn me up and gotten me back into the ring, or on the surfboard. He listens, and is an athlete who appreciates the desire to become active again when realistic, and gives excellent guidance to that end.
I've yet to address my results on my MRI but will soon with a very attentive and accommodating doctor and staff. From the looks of the reviews on here, I'll be in the hands of a very capable doctor, to say the least. The reviews and the considerate interaction I've had with him really help with the anxiety of the idea of surgery.
Dr. Forno did rotator cuff and bicep surgery on me. I not only had no pain, yes that's right no pain after the surgery but my recovery was also incredibly short. Dr Forno is a miracle worker.
Only saw Dr Forno day of surgery. Surgery failed. I shattered my collarbone in March of 2024 snowboarding. Only saw Dr Forno day of surgery, otherwise saw a nurse practitioner for pre surgery and all post op follow ups. Dr Forno operated, placing an intramedullary screw going through the collarbone.
