A small shop with eccentric and good people. Management seem to not appear in the shop floor very frequently. Spaces are sorta tight, welding machines are old, tools are provided. They do metal core, flux, and MIG for most of their welding. In other words, people are good, tools are adequate, shop is small and warm.
