Liked Philip until his staff started telling me Philip will "get back to me in the near future" (seriously, that is a direct quote from his receptionist). If I am paying top-dollar for Philip's services, please give me a 24/48/72/96/next week expectation...not some bullshit that makes me feel unimportant and that you don't want/need my business.
Mr. Tsai is an upstanding, patient man who takes the time to clearly explain the law and works tirelessly for those he represents.
