I wish I could give zero stars. I had very bad experience, he did not even properly diagnose the issue, don't greet and if I ask any question, he was keep saying I had to get second opinion. If I need to get multiple options, then why should I visit MD, why should I pay to MD ? So i should visit multiple doctors and spend huge money for them???. I cannot thank Dr. May enough for what he has done for me. From the moment I met him, he gave me hope and reassurance during one of the most difficult times of my life. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care are unmatched. The surgery he performed was life-changing, and his calm and confident approach made me feel safe every step of the way. Extremely poor communication. I spent almost a month trying to schedule an appointment. After no response for several days, I called the office myself and they made an appointment for me. Three weeks later I found out they had scheduled me with the wrong provider who wasn’t even listed on my referral, and never informed me about it.
