Dr. Berger has been my PCP for approximately 6-years. Every visit with him was amazing - he listened to my concerns, provided treatment information in a clear and understandable manner, and always treated me with respect and professionalism.
Dr. Berger is a very good doctor. Never rushed visits, he's caring, very thorough. I hate to see him leave the New Albany practice, although its for something better which he deserves. He will be missed.
During my last visit Dr. Berger referred me to a specialist to confirm a previous Parkinson’s diagnosis I received three years ago from a neurologist as he (Berger) found it to be questionable. It turned out to be cervical spine compression, which I’ll have surgically corrected. He leaves no stone unturned and exhibits the best bed side manner in the business. Great personality and a great listener. You will not be disappointed. If we had to pay the doctor what he’s worth, NONE OF US would be able to afford him.
I have been through a number of Family doctors over a period of the last five years. Dr. Berger sets the gold standard. Thorough, easy-going, empathetic and a great listener.
Kind and intelligent. Timely as well.
Dr. Berger is the kind of doctor you feel comfortable with immediately. He is easy to communicate with, and doesn't rush the visit. Highly recommend!
My husband's new doctor; having been placed with Dr. Berger after his past physician left the practice. At his first appt., he liked Dr. Berger really well. However, 2 months later, trying to get an unexpected same day needed visit or even a next-day, or next-week visit was impossible. What good is having a primary care physician, when you cannot even get an appointment for 6-8 weeks? My husband is diabetic & needed an appt. within a week or two & couldn't get in. Office staff was not helpful
