I am sorry I am terrible with names, but I would like to say the young lady that took care of me at my appointment on 2 March was very very kind very helpful very informative very gentle. I I have never been so pleased and comfortable I want to thank her A doctor was very informative very kind. Very understanding Dr. Ames and answered any question I had. Thank you all
I would give five stars but there was an issue with my insurance and the young ladies at the front desk were insistent I had another insurance carrier which I had never heard of or about. I even went to the extent of calling my insurance to verify that it hadn’t changed The end result would have been my getting a call that there was no insurance coverage for my visit. Outside of that my visit was great Dr Ames was awesome as was the rest of the staff
After 50+ yrs as my eye care facility, there’s not much more I can express about the professional care I have always received. So glad they still see promptly to your needs and concerns.
