The office staff needs an attitude adjustment. They have been extremely rude to me when I call to make appointments for my mother. I also just found out they are rude to her when she calls with questions or when she wants to confirm her appointment time. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same type of treatment but it needs to be addressed. Maybe they are miserable at their job and need to find a job that doesn't require speaking and dealing with people. The doctor is a different story. He seems to care about hi... read more
Excellent care and treatment
Can't say I've experienced anything like the negative reviews I've seen here. Everyone has been extremely polite and helpful. While I've never met Dr. Waller, I've worked with Dr. McNeill extensively and she's wonderful. All of the assistants have been fantastic, I even enjoy having conversations with Beverly when she's taking blood samples. All around A+ place, they've been taking good care of me since I moved into the area in August 2022.
Dr Waller seems to be a great person and Doctor although you may see him only once then on to PAs. Office staff is inept with thier service. The Office Manger and office personal did not send medical records per request with their own documents per request and fax request form another Dr. They don't know how to process insurance cards and when making a mistake they will not own up to thier mistakes. They will move your appointments and cancel on them and have to reschedule months out. To get an appointment when needing a ref... read more
On my very First. Appointment The physician that attend to me was Dr McNell Ann , I never was introduced or even saw Dr waller The physician... On my first visit, my experience was horrible. As soon They passed me to the back to a patient Room She asked me a couple of questions.I tried to show Her My test results Including Disk on X rays run from the memorial.
