The administrative staff at this practice are extremely unhelpful and incompetent. My mother moved to another state last July, and I have made 7-8 calls since then to try to get them to send her records to her new ophthalmologist. No luck so far. When I asked them, they refused to send her records directly to me. I would not use this practice.
