I was a Navy Corpsman for 22 years. At 83 I needed a pacemaker fast. Dr. Wiley saw me one day and put in a pacemaker the next. I feel he is one of the best. If you need the best, see Dr. Wiley!
He came in on his day off to do my husband's emergency pacemaker. We were so thankful and happy it was him. He did a heart surgery on my stepfather years ago that was very complex and doctors from Duke, Charlotte, and Asheville were all afraid to do. He didn't have a lobg life expectancy at all without something being done. It went great and that has been more than 15 years ago and he is still doing well at age 82. Dr. Paspa was very kind and we arw very pleased with him.
wonderful doctor and wonderful office staff
I will just start out stating that Dr.Merta is a wonderful OBGYN Doctor. The first time I went to see him was when I just found out I was 9 weeks pregnant he allowed me to address all of my concerns and questions in regards to my pregnancy before he started making his recommendations. Dr.Merta was able to come in the hospital and delivered my baby boy. I did not have any tears or major lacerations. He is patient doctor who will go above and beyond to make sure his patient is safe.
Dr. Merta is amazing. I was referred to him by my own mom and have been with him since 2013. I have referred him to several women in my family and some friends as well. Definitely the right choice for a good doctor and trusted advisor.
I was in the ER with heart problems & had two procedures that needed to get done that was ordered by another doctor out of Paspa's office. Paspa was the doctor doing procedures that day, he decided not to do the procedures & have me come back on another day. I was already in the ER & the procedures could be done at that time. I had to ask for another Cardiology doctor from another office which put one stent into my heart and later on put stents into my legs. This doctor caused me a lot pain.
Dr. Hemby was able to quickly identify the need for a neurologist. Then when the referral wasn't responded to in over 4 weeks of me waiting, she quickly got me a neurology appt in Wake Forest. She also got me another referral to another doctor for an additional check. She's been a real partner to me with this crazy medical issue. I appreciate her for everything she is doing!
Regular Dr not available so saw this dr. He was pleasant, concerned, took the time to familiarize himself with my case and asked appropriate questions. Confidence inspiring and even gave me samples to try a new medication instead of having to pay for the expensive rx.
Wrong diagnosis--not familiar with my history- arrogant-poor interpersonal skills--uninterested-quick in and out
