Dr. Andrews was attentive, explained my numbers as they relate to each other and made reasonable suggestions based on my preferences and levels of comfortabilty. And as I sensed her urgency in getting my health under control, it triggered genuine concern and not just a push for medication. The front iffice staff was also accommodating and supportive.
Very personable and listens to her patients! The staff is awesome!!!
So! My family member tested positive for COVID. Called the office for medical assistance, which is just basically the meds, considering this is within the CDC specified timeframe. Nothing! Nada! No assistance at all. Spoke to a great receptionist, but that’s it. Unfortunately, Dr. Andrews is out for a month. Unfortunately, Dr. Saltz is out sick.
