Fast, professional, reasonable pricing. These folks were one of three on a list sent to me for water heater warranty repair. Talked to all three, these folks seemed best. Turned out they were as they sent ongoing texts on appointment status and texts on my part of the warranty work which was no labor paid, only parts. The tech was outstanding. Repeating…. Outstanding.

Have a new {3-month-old} AO Smith gas water heater that decided it didn't want to light anymore. AO Smith referred me to PhilCo. Phil was here, on time, the next morning. Changed the complete burner assembly and controller in all of about 20 minutes. Thank you.

Don’t bother with this company! They will break your unit and not say anything until you find the issue. Then have the audacity to quote you 175 to fix it.
