Driver of Philco trunk in Sidney spewed a huge plume of black smoke and exhaust on my 6 year old daughter and two young children. Exhaust plumb caused by excessive driving speed in a residential area. Child left with cough and tears in eyes due to smoke. Left message at company - never to hear a reply. If this behaviour reflects their business practices...you've been warned.
