The delivery men were fabulous. The one guy that dropped the bed off showed me everything from the buttons to if there is a power outage and using the manual lever thing... it all worked. My boyfriend who broke his hip and pelvis in a few spots needed the bed to elevate his leg and feet because they've been swelling tremendously from healing.... Anyways, long story short. My boyfriends daughter was trying the bed out and when we put the leg part of the bed up... IT doesn't Stay up... it slowly lowers back down flat in 10 sec... read more
