I was a long time customer with both auto and homeowners insurance policies . I just moved from the Boston to San Diego which involved selling my house in Boston and registering my car in California. Both involved the typical bureaucratic hoops to jump through related to canceling the policies, canceling the Mass plates, etc. Even though I’m now no longer a customer, Rachel Lane went above and beyond to help me tie up the loose ends. Kudos to Rachel and Philbin for their many years of outstanding customer service.
