This guy Phil has real problems with keeping his word. Called him from internet he came out at 3pm Monday. Quote was for $365. Start after lunch on Tuesday. Finally showed up on Wednesday morning without his lawnmower or any equipment? I asked where his lawnmower was Phil stated did not have time to air the tires. Granted was supposed to be here Tuesday afternoon and already paid him $65. I’m also dealing with the death of my best friend and my own medical issues is why I called him in 1st place. very fair price and great, friendly, service. A man of his word. I hired phil to do my 0.82 acre lot and he did an excellent job.
They sent a bill saying they were there Saturday but the grass has not been cut in a while. As a matter of fact I want a refund for the last mow!!!
I have a newer built home with winter rye that was over a foot tall in most of yard. PhilBilly did an excellent job. He is very detailed and doesn't miss a thing. You can tell he cares about his work.
PhilBilly lawn Care deserves more than five stars.. His work to detail shows in his landscaping & grass cutting trimming shurbs or anything needed to spruce up your yard .
