Great landlord,easy to get along with, maintenance always contacts me immediately
Kim and the company were a pleasure to do business with. They look at you as a whole person and listen to the situation and work with you instead of treating you like just some inventory to move around. You can tell how good a company is when the employees show joy when describing how the owners have cared for their tenants and helped out when they could. I highly recommend them for anyone struggling to find a place to live here in Columbia. Great neighborhood and wonderful people.
First off. KIM IS AWESOME! She is willing to hear you out and work with you as long as you make sure to keep in contact with her. Maintenance is ready to help almost the same day sometimes. If not they will keep you updated on everything. I have never had any issues with them. If you plan to rent from them DO IT!

Good management company. Apts are clean and kept up and maintenance requests are handled quickly. They do lawn care and snow removal. I had always had a private landlord so i was nervous about getting in a lease with a property management company but they have been great
