I feel compelled to write this review after an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this practice. I arrived early for my appointment, only to find that the office was already running about 45 minutes behind schedule. I had taken time off work specifically for this procedure—a steroid injection in my lower back to help manage ongoing pain. They are the best. This is not a factory like other physical therapy places. There are no more than 2-3 patients with 1-2 professionals at any time. George and Todd ( the therapists) watch each patient closely to ensure everything is done correctly. My joint replacement surgeon told me that my result is the best he has ever seen. Can’t recommend highly enough. This place is great.
The absolute best care I have ever received. Kindness goes a long way here.
