Unbelievable. I signed my kids up for their summer jazz week. They took my money but didn't send a confirmation or reply to emails and phone messages for months. Then a week before camp started, they cancelled my kids' registration unilaterally. And again are not replying to emails. Of course, I hadn't signed my kids up for other camps as they were holding out for this one. They are now super disappointed. I can't believe someone would run a youth-facing org this way.
