I had a great experience during my Spravato consultation. The doctor took her time thoroughly explaining all the available treatment options and helped tailor a plan specifically to my needs. I felt heard and supported throughout the conversation. It’s rare to come across someone with such a genuine desire to help—something I truly appreciated. I left feeling informed, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
I am writing this review as the parent of a minor who needed support from this provider. We've been using the services for a year. It was easy to schedule appointments with the desired psychiatrist. Wait time was acceptable after we arrived and checked in. We just had a virtual/video follow up visit and it was on time and smooth. The entire staff has been very responsive on Spruce (the App for mobile communication/request/scheduling). The service has been adequate, reliable and convenient. Happy to give a 5-star rating.
