Horrible insurance Company, came up with any and Every Excuse to Deny My Claim
Dealing with company for the first time after my parked vehicle was struck by a Shuttle Bus. Response from this company is terrible and I ended up speaking with an extremely rude Supervisor that made me feel and pretty much stated she was doing me a favor by looking into my complaint. If I didn’t like the service I should go through my insurance. Amazing the quality of workers these days. Terrible service in my opinion!
I am still awaiting a refund on a policy I paid for & was never issued
Company does BAD BUSINESS THERE insured car HIT me and they want me to pay for 20% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
