These people are awful to deal with
Got sued by this company and then their collection agency within their company threatened me that if I didn’t pay I would have my license suspended. Paid them 4,000, asked for a paid in full letter to avoid this. Guess what, got my license revoked anyways because they never alerted TN DMV the entire time I paid them . Now, I can’t drive in the state I been living in almost 9 years . Horrible insurance Company, came up with any and Every Excuse to Deny My Claim
Dealing with company for the first time after my parked vehicle was struck by a Shuttle Bus. Response from this company is terrible and I ended up speaking with an extremely rude Supervisor that made me feel and pretty much stated she was doing me a favor by looking into my complaint. If I didn’t like the service I should go through my insurance. Amazing the quality of workers these days. Terrible service in my opinion!
I am still awaiting a refund on a policy I paid for & was never issued
