We filed a claim against one of their clients (an auto transport broker). They promised an answer within 30 days. It took them 2 months to reject our claim. They stated that their $75K limit was reached, which is not true. They haven't provided a single proof that they made payments to other carriers. Are we supposed to simply believe their word? I have had coverage for my classic car for the past 5 years with Grundy, through Philadelphia Insurance Companies, I had always thought that they were a very good company. One that cared about their customers and their customer's vehicles. Recently, after getting a dent on my classic car, my claim was denied. Never in your life have you experienced such a terrible company. I PROMISE!!!! Snobby "GREEDY" parasites that do not care about you. One of their negligent drivers nailed my brand new truck, and all they want to do is save a buck at my expense rather then actually fix the problem!!! Just awful awful customer service as well. Too bad I cant give less the zero stars

Good Afternoon, I am the owner of Live Action Escapes in Worcester, MA. I am having a problem with Philadelphia Insurance Company. In January of 2020, I changed locations and downsized my business by more than 50% and requested the changes be reflected when my policy was to be renewed in March. We put solar panels on our barn, and they not only refused to cover them but cancelled our insurance on the entire structure with no time to get other coverage. I am pulling all of my business from this company and will never deal with them again.
