Philadelphia Design Collective knocks home staging on every job out of the park! The transformation from a vacant home to a home staged by PDC truly feels so much more comfortable and stylish with all of the little details they put into it! I have had them stage a number of different homes for me over the years from historic to super modern, and they always bring the appropriate furniture and decor to match the existing style of the home.
Philadelphia Design Collective made my investment property look so good that I wanted to move in myself! Feelings aside, I look at the data: my property had the most views and saves in its category on Redfin and Zillow. After two packed open houses, I accepted a great offer above the aggressive asking price. I'm absolutely confident in the return on the investment from using their services and would recommend without hesitation.
The team from Phila Design Collective did and outstanding job staging our small house. The made it look roomy and airy and it sold quickly due the design features they selected.
We had a great experience with Design Collective. We have/had a gorgeous house but PDC made it so inviting that the house was sold in 1 day above asking. Becca, the Office manager coordinated and executed the staging & de staging to perfection. Brian, our designer was amazing. What we liked about the design was it was not cookie cutter (new home staging) style but highlighted the style of the home and its unique features with contemporary and vintage furniture & art work.
We always use Philadelphia Design Collective to stage our flips. They do a great job tailoring the staging to the property and the neighborhood at a competitive price. Their designers and administrators always keep me up to date on the process and are quick to handle any issues along the way.
