Incredibly friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful staff. The frames are so unique and the high prescription lenses are clearer and more affordable than chain mall brands. I used to pay $1000 for lenses at lenscrafters, and here I paid around $500 for a better quality, thinner lens! For the first time in my life I have glasses that I feel confident in. Phila optical has the best staff! I have purchased a few frames from them, but I wanted to give contact lenses a try this time. Katherine and Jordan were so patient teaching me how to put them in and take them out. Whether your buying new frames, sunglasses, contacts this is the place you want to go!
