I have had a great experience with Phil. He was the real estate agent for the seller of the apartment that I bought last month. Phil's communications between the seller and me were clear and always helpful. He made himself available to let me into the apartment several times after contract and before closing. And amazingly, Phil has continued to be in touch after closing to help me with several small things that have tremendously smoothed my move-in experience.
