Francis Hurley should be ashamed that he took my $25. I had court on Tuesday to evict tenants that I had who did not pay rent and I had researched Iowa Code and online as to how I needed to proceed w eviction and at the FED hearing the judge dismissed the case because even though I followed all time lines and had each notice served by sheriff I was not aware that because notice was posted and not signed for that I also had to send certified mail.
