Can't even talk to the agent, every time i call he has his "women" doing his job, was told price for daughter's car and they billed a different price and raised my rate on my car.

We have been with Phil for over 20 years, when a storm came through and tore up a lot of things and everyone was having trouble with getting their insurance to pay for damages, all we had to do was bring in the estimate and they sent someone out to check things out and then they paid for all of the work done on our house.
