We feel Stratton Electric took advantage of us. We called for them to come out for the annual tune-up of our generator. The first repair person said he didn’t have a manual but hoped he had set everything correctly. It was working before he touched it, then it wasn’t working. Stratton sent out 2 more repair people, and it was decided the control panel was burned out. We know it was not burned out when the first person came out because it was working perfectly. Stratton then charged us $435 for another trip charge to diagnose... read more
