Have been going to this place since I've been a teenager. Still great getaway

Phil's Beach was more fun in the 70's with canoes, paddle boats, andwater slides. Look at it now. What do they offer?
We decided to try this beach for the 1st time last Saturday and I must say we were very disappointed how dirty & disgusting it was ! Goose poops everywhere - on the grass, on the wooden deck and what is the worst - all over the sandy beach ! Paying for the beach access I would expect the beach to be cleaned on a daily basis..
