Avoid. Rude, arrogant, condescending, and talks down to patients. His staff is no better.
The best doctor I’ve been to. Knows exactly what you need. I couldn’t be happier. He just gave me my legs back and we still have a little bit more. I can’t wait. Easy and not painful, he is gentle and makes sure your questions are all answered. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Dr Rumbaoa and his staff are great! Always friendly and very knowledgeable! I really appreciated how he explained everything in detail of the procedures that I had done. Answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
Dr tells you what he is going to do when he's going to do it. He explains and answers questions. He and his staff are all wonderful and caring. Never have a bad experience when I've come up for treatments on my legs.
