5 Stars! Phabulous Phil’s Barber Shop is hands down one of the best barber shops I’ve been to. The atmosphere is welcoming and has a comfortable, homey vibe that makes you feel right at ease as soon as you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like family.
