Phil is amazing! Ive purchased two of his listed companies now (well, one wasnt even listed yet), and he helped me through the process seamlessly. Easy to work with. Super knowledgeable. And has great connections (banks, escrow etc). I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Phil was an absolute professional to work with. He would answer any questions we had in a timely manner, let us know the status on a regular basis and always kept our best interest at top of his list.
