Phil was always available to talk or sit with me, he was very attentive to me the seller and to the potential buyers that were looking at my business. I found Phil to be pleasant during the complete process. Phil knew what to do and when it needed to be done. Phil's evaluation of buyers was spot-on, we wasted no time on non-qualified buyers. If I need a Business Broker again, I will go straight to Phil.
