Decided to try Phil’s after my old barber made a series of mistakes. Found him via google maps and despite the few reviews, they were all glowing so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did. Phil was extremely professional and quick. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and his business. He does seem to specialize in shorter crops, fades, lineups, etc which is definitely not my hairstyle, but even then he did a very clean job. Would recommend to any south St. Paul local
Great barber at reasonable prices very professional
Best barber my son has ever had, I can't go anywhere else. The man does great work.
Best fade out there highly recommend everytime i get a cut never disappointed
