My wife and I were first time home buyers and found Phil through our realtor. We were in a time crunch for putting an offer in and then later for closing, yet Phil was patient with us and answered all of our questions no matter the time of the day. He made sure we had the best deal based on our situation and overall did a fantastic job. I would recommend Phil for any home buyers out there reading this. This may be a long review, but worth every word.
