We had decided we wanted to open up the kitchen and also extend. We wasted so much time with builders we couldn't find anyone who was professional and understood our needs. From start to finish. Phil and his team are professional, punctual and tidy. We wanted a vaulted ceiling with velux windows ( solar powered are the way to go) in the roof in a kitchen extension. Very happy with the end result. We are having a new kitchen fitted and the plasterer the fitters had booked let them down at the last minute and they couldn’t find anyone else. Phil's team rebuilt a major retaining wall between my house and my neighbours following a vehicle collision that had made it unsafe. Despite working in atrocious weather, they did their best to keep the area clean and accessible for me - no fun when you are dealing with many tonnes of clay soil. The contractors were a genuine pleasure to have on site, and the standard of work and finish is excellent. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
When disaster struck last year and our home was threatened with extreme structural damage, Phil and his team turned around what could have been a structural disaster with a professional attitude that gave us the greatest confidence that our home was safe. They are a local team that care about the clients and the success of the job they are doing. Delighted with the building work undertaken by Phil Oakley and his team over the last few months building an extension and patio.
