Rented a truck to move from BR to ATX. It’s currently down pouring in Lake Charles and has been for hours. How do I know? Catalytic converter on the truck is completely busted and the truck broke down! Mechanic said if they had driven the truck or inspected it at all that they would’ve known. Completely unacceptable to rent out a broken truck especially with something as serious as this. I dislike it because they allow you to reserved a truck and car carrier that they can't provide. I had to get a small truck and loss most of my important items I needed to move with (furniture, kitchen table, and porch table) I was so disappointed and upset.
Booked a reservation 2 months ahead , received multiple emails about my reservation , went in to pick it up and they told me they don’t even have the car I reserved and there was not another vehicle the size I needed available…
