I dislike it because they allow you to reserved a truck and car carrier that they can't provide. I had to get a small truck and loss most of my important items I needed to move with (furniture, kitchen table, and porch table) I was so disappointed and upset.
Booked a reservation 2 months ahead , received multiple emails about my reservation , went in to pick it up and they told me they don’t even have the car I reserved and there was not another vehicle the size I needed available…
We had reserved a 16 foot moving truck and when arrived to pick-up, they did not have one available. We were moving that day, so the owners of Phil & Nick's worked with us to get creative and ensure we were able to complete our move. They were able to provide a 12 foot moving truck and a minivan for the same cost and it was plenty of room for our items. They were kind and so accommodating. We would highly recommend to anyone who has a moving need.
