I was a client of Phil’s, he half assed represented me. He would ignore my calls for weeks and weeks. I paid him in the tune of about 20k. He was supposed to file an appeal for me immediately. He never did which ultimately resulted in a bad situation for me. He took a retainer from me in December of 2024, the last text I have from him is asking for information so he could do the job i retained him for and then just never answered me.
